Ok...all im saying is...its 2012..and Sony still put PS and PS2 internal memory cards on the PS3? Now if they know damn well the new slims wont support it..why would they still create that option for the games? Maybe for PSN downloadable PS2 games? Perhaps....or.....could they be planning or already have some type of emulation software through a downloadable patch that they will release once they have fully stopped production on PS2...maybe put the emulation on the PSN market for purchase at a cheaper price to still capitalize. If i were Sony...i wouldnt release the emulation software (if they have any) untill PS2 were out of production. I would capitalize on making as much money as i could out of PS2 before going to the emulation software...I personally feel that this is what they are trying to do because if the PS3 is still able to have those internal memory cards (even before PS2 games started appearing on the PSN) then why would they continue to support it? It makes no sence to me...UNLESS they planned on releasing a patch whenever they stopped production on PS2. That i think may be the grand scheme of things..but im not 100% sure..just something i feel will happen though. Im pretty sure Sony knows just how many people would like to have PS2 on PS3...and in a sence....if you think about it..the original PS is completely out of production...yet the PS3 is able to support games on it...but not PS2...because its still in production....Just something to think about.

Not sure what you're looking at but PS1 game saves are very small (a few KB). If you fill the 120KB card you just have to make more and then assign to the slot whichever you want to use.

How do I add more memory to a virtual memory card? My current Ps1 Memory Card I had just created only has 120KB of memory which will most likely not be a enough. Most of the games I have played have required atleast one MB of space.

You can't; Sony removed PS2 backwards compatibility a long time ago. See Sony's help page http://us.playstation.com/support/answer/index.htm?a_id=232
