Quality of themes can vary a lot! Sometimes the theme may only have a different background rather than a full set of custom icons. Try them out and remember that you can always delete the themes if you don’t like them.

    allps3themes.com is the best site out there. They have the most themes and always seem to get more everyday. Check it.

    I like allps3themes.com the best. They make me happy. The other sites are okay but are harder to use or have lots of messed up files.
