I just tried to hook my ps3 up to the internet but it wont let me create an account i keep getting that error message as well and i did a small system restore is there anything else i can try please help

hey guys im moving from la back home to ireland and i just wanted to know if when i get my new playstation 3 there (american ones wont work because of different power input) could i still go on my old american psn account and play and have all the trophys ive got and have the same level in cod?
