ok my problem is that my computer and everything else connects to the internet fast and works perfect but my ps3 wont connect to it it keeps timing out on the connection and it signs me out all the time what can i do????

i cant get on my account because the email was hacked and i cant remember the password, what the fuck do i do????? i tried to e-mail but i got no help whatsoever so how do i fix this, i just want to get back to my games but because ps3 is no help whatsoever im getting pretty pissed off at them, if they think im trying to get onto someones account come round with the fecking password and use it on my console as it will fucking work, i just want the password to my account under green.machine@live.co.uk that was hacked. can someone please tell what i can do at my new email wardenofnight@live.co.uk because that is my new email now, i just want my old account back

Who set up your PSN account? All accounts have a password; you have to enter it when making purchases, for example. You could try the “forgot password” option.

Iv tried to look at my billing info on my ps3 and its come up asking me for a password but I have never set up a password for anything for my ps3 looked in all the manuals and carnt find anything help please

my ps3 wont show up on any tv ive tried different cables its cost me 60 euros for all new cables and it keeps on turning itself on and off used to keep freezing before it stopped showing up on the tv the sound and video kept going on it then going back wats wrong with it need help urgently

make sure its off then hold the power button down youll hear a beep and it resets video setting to what u have plugged in

sony playstation3 have no real help email and phone numbers you never get threw and there are 2 big of company to take to cort so we will never win they have loades of help an support pages with NO phone numbers that work just ask and they give you pointless anwsers thanks sony for your support
