      check to see if theres a crack in the disk even the smallest ones affect the game its happened to me with a few my games

    i had to do an update for my playstation but i hav all my accounts in auto sign in and the update wiped tht off my playstation and i hav lost my 10th prestiege 70 so guttered

      hi do you nothing anything about this i was playing mw2 and after i was kicked out of a session i had no eblems and titles and all my challenges had rested, also my score is something like -400440 how doi get it back to normal i really want to. This has put me of mw2 because iw ould have to start all over again , so im not going to play it.

      i was 4 prestige and i had 3 falls on some guns etc

        you went into a CHALLENGE LOBBY n the no emblem is called the 11th prestige just keep playing Mw2 u been HaCkEd already no point in worrying bout that anymore IW wont do anything to help you and thay not gunna clear the 1million HaCkEd people out of the leader bordes so enjoy the game but really no point in trying to get up top in leaderbordes

      you coulda gotten HaCkEd have you had a friend over or told someone you email or password b4 maybe to file share all possibilities but if nothing else call sony or email them your psn acc. name they will try to help might not b right away cuz 40,000ppl get hacked every 6hrs hacking got bad half year ago..

    hi can anyone help me? my 40gb ps3 disk drive is not connecting with the console because the blue light is not showing but the disk is spinning? its weird so i connected my 1 up from my 60gb which has yploded fixed but doesnt get wireless anyway i have connect that the blue comes on but it doesnt read the game iam baffled on what to do. is ok to stick a disk drive out of a computer and put it to a next one? and also it wont play my tv screen just goes black? help

      He needs to know the email he signed up with (it’s what he logs into his PSN account with!) to recover the password. Otherwise, he could try calling Playstation Support in his country.

      call the company of ps3 and thell the person who is talking and tell them i cant remember my password or email and they will say what is your email and they will look it up with your email and password automatic and tell you to write it

    I join my friends free for all at that thinking they were quick scooping and it was a challenge lobby and I got deranged on my lvl 70 10th prestige and now I lost all my fall perks and everything else.

      You av got the red light of death or summat like that, it happened 2 me so i asked ps3 makers if they cud fix it and they sed NO so i ad get a new ps3

    My PS3 will start up and I can start a game and then the system will just shut down. THe red light will just blink I then will touch the on and off then it will go to a steady red light.

    My PS3 won’t start anymore… If I turn on the controller it won’t connect and the ps3 doesn’t even show it’s home screen. My TV just shows ‘not connected’ and if I put a CD in it (a game) the screen is going to turn grey but there’s nothing happening…! Plz help, it’s the second time this is happening!?

    P.S I want to send an email to the PS3 help center, but I live in the Netherlands, Europe.

    I bought the new maps for black ops on PSN paid $ 28 but it does not work. It says the disc ID must be BLES……… I found mine was BLUS….. I dont know how to fix that. I can not find any way to contact PSN store…. Dont know what to do

      Your game is a US versioon. I bought my copy off ebay, but was a US version.. I Had to borrow a mates version who bought it in our country.

      there is a code on your case you look at the different ones to see wich one yours says i made the same mistake

      Are the credit card details on your PSN account? I’m unsure if the details are stored on the PS3 or online. You could try logging in and removing the card details, but your safest path would be to cancel the card.

    Can I please get the contact number for playstation in South Africa it is not listed here on your page.
